NL-ix now offers access to Oracle Cloud Services via FastConnect
NL-ix proudly announces the expansion of the Cloud portfolio with Oracle FastConnect: a direct connection to the powerful Oracle suite.
As an official partner of the major leading cloud providers, NL-ix offers direct connectivity that meets the strictest standards of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and the Google Cloud Platform, and now with the addition of Oracle FastConnect has further strengthened it’s Cloud Connect Portfolio directly as well as via resellers/integrators.

NL-ix has a fine-grained footprint throughout Western Europe and delivers Cloud Connect from any of the 100+ connected datacenters. So, the chances are that NL-ix is already present in the same datacenter as you are. All NL-ix PoP locations are directly connected to the Cloud of choice, preventing single points of failure (SPOFs) and/or hair-pinning traffic and removing the need for additional transport. Furthermore it is possible to combine multiple Cloud instances on a single port, or add Peering, Transit and layer 2 Transport services over the same port, which saves on the monthly cost of ports and patch cables in use.
